Products

We take every reasonable effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, colours, dimensions, and specifications are accurate.

However:

Product colours may vary due to screen settings and lighting

Measurements may have a slight variance

Natural materials may contain unique textures, grain patterns, and colour differences

Decorative accessories shown in images are not included unless stated

Furniture and décor items may have slight variations in finish and size.


Pricing

All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR).

Prices:

include VAT where applicable

exclude delivery fees unless stated otherwise

may be changed without prior notice

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, incorrect product information, or system-related issues.


Orders & Payment

Orders are only confirmed once full payment has been successfully received and verified.

We reserve the right to:

cancel orders due to stock unavailability

cancel orders with incorrect pricing

refuse suspicious or fraudulent transactions

request proof of payment for EFT orders

Accepted payment methods include:

debit / credit card

EFT

secure payment gateways integrated into WooCommerce


Delivery

Delivery is available throughout South Africa.

Please note that all orders are subject to a processing period of up to 7 business days prior to dispatch.
This processing time is separate from shipping, courier transit, and final delivery timelines.

Processing includes:

order verification

stock confirmation

quality checks

packaging and preparation for dispatch

coordination with suppliers for sourced items

Estimated shipping / delivery times after dispatch:

décor items: 2–7 business days

furniture / bulky items: 5–14 business days

special orders / imported stock: 10–25 business days

Total delivery time = processing time + courier delivery time

For example:
A décor order may take up to 7 business days processing + 2–7 business days delivery

Customers requiring urgent, express, same-day, or overnight delivery must contact us first before placing the order to confirm stock availability, processing feasibility, and courier options.

Urgent delivery requests are subject to:

stock availability

courier availability

destination area

additional express shipping fees

We strongly recommend contacting us via WhatsApp or email before checkout for all urgent orders.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to:

courier delays

supplier delays

weather conditions

public holidays

remote area logistics

Risk passes to the customer upon successful delivery and acceptance of goods.

Customers must inspect items upon delivery.

Any damage, shortages, or incorrect items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery together with clear photographs.


Returns & Refunds

In accordance with South African online consumer law, customers may have a 7-day cooling-off period for certain online purchases. 

Returns are accepted for:

damaged goods

defective goods

incorrect items delivered

Under the CPA, defective goods may be returned within 6 months.

The following items are non-returnable unless defective:

custom-made furniture

made-to-order items

specially sourced imported goods

clearance / sale items

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after inspection and approval.


Stock Availability

Products displayed on the website are subject to availability.

In the event that stock is unavailable after purchase, we may:

offer an alternative

place the item on backorder

issue a full refund

logos

branding

designs

remains the property of Carly Thella Pty Ltd.

Carly Thella Home & Décor shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, delayed deliveries, or third-party courier issues.
